Understand client needs and pain points to present tailored solutions. Address client inquiries promptly and professionally. Customize proposals based on client requirements, highlighting the value proposition of our solutions. Collaborate with the technical team to tailor offerings to specific client needs. Negotiate pricing and contract terms with potential customers. Establish and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and regular follow-ups. Attend industry events and networking sessions to expand the company's reach. Track sales performance using the internal CRM tool and provide regular reports on sales activities and pipeline. Collaborate with internal marketing and technical teams to align messaging and promotions for all packaged solutions. Provide feedback on customer preferences and market dynamics. Participate in team meetings and contribute to sales strategy discussions. Work with Marketing and Sales to expand eStore offerings to include all packaged solutions.
