You will work closely with our recruitment team to build a robust pipeline of IT professionals and ensure a steady stream of qualified candidates for our clients.

Key Responsibilities: Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various online platforms, databases, and tools to identify and source potential IT candidates.
Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and labor market insights to inform talent acquisition strategies.
Candidate Engagement: Initiate contact with potential candidates through emails, messages, and phone calls, and build and maintain relationships with them.
Candidate Screening: Conduct preliminary interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
Database Management: Maintain accurate and organized candidate databases, ensuring data integrity and compliance with privacy regulations.
Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates on candidate pipeline status, sourcing efforts, and recruitment metrics.
Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment team to understand client requirements and collaborate on candidate submissions.
Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and meetups to expand your network and knowledge of the IT talent market.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in IT recruitment or sourcing (preferred).
Familiarity with various IT roles, technologies, and skillsets.
Strong research and sourcing skills, including the use of LinkedIn and other professional networks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
