The Role:As an IT Candidate Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and presenting top IT talent to our clients. You will work closely with Recruitment Consultants and Account Managers to ensure that the best candidates are matched with the right roles. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for recruitment, technology, and people to grow their career in a fast-paced and rewarding industry.Key Responsibilities:Candidate Sourcing: Proactively source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals.Screening: Conduct detailed candidate interviews, assessing their technical skills, experience, and cultural fit for specific roles.Database Management: Maintain and update candidate records in the recruitment database.Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring they have a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.Market Research: Keep up to date with the latest trends and developments in the IT industry.Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment team to understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions.Reporting: Provide regular updates on recruitment activities and progress to Recruitment Consultants and management.Requirements:Experience: 1-2 years in recruitment or IT-related roles Knowledge: Understanding of IT roles and technologies, or a passion for learning about the tech industry.Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Strong attention to detail.Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with using recruitment software, job boards, and social media platforms for candidate sourcing.Motivated: A self-starter with a positive attitude and a desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment.Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with others to achieve common goals.
