Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring they have a positive experience throughout the recruitment process. Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment team to understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions. Reporting: Provide regular updates on recruitment activities and progress to Recruitment Consultants and management. Requirements: Experience: 1-2 years in recruitment or IT-related roles Knowledge: Understanding of IT roles and technologies, or a passion for learning about the tech industry. Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Strong attention to detail. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with using recruitment software, job boards, and social media platforms for candidate sourcing.
