It Recruitment Consultant

In this role, you will leverage your knowledge of technology and recruitment best practices to find, engage, and place top tech talent. You will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment lifecycle for roles in software development, cloud, cybersecurity, DevOps, data science, and more. Your ability to understand tech trends and candidate expectations will make you a key asset in bridging the gap between clients and candidates.Key Responsibilities:End-to-End Recruitment:Source, screen, and interview IT professionals for various technical roles.Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to offer negotiation.Candidate Sourcing:Utilize tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and job boards to identify and attract high-quality candidates.Build and maintain a network of tech talent through proactive engagement.Client Management:Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and technical requirements.Business development- daily cold calling of self generated client prospect lists.HunterProvide market insights and advice to clients on hiring trends, salary expectations, and talent availability.Technology Knowledge:Stay up to date with the latest technologies and industry trends (e.g., programming languages, cloud platforms, frameworks).Understand the tech stacks and roles you are recruiting for to ensure the best candidate matches.Data-Driven Recruitment:Track key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, source efficiency) and report on progress.Use ATS systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse, or Workable) to manage candidate pipelines.Relationship Management:Develop strong relationships with clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders.Guide candidates through the recruitment process, providing feedback and support during offer negotiations.Key Requirements:Experience:Proven experience in IT recruitment, either in-house or with an agency.Familiarity with recruiting for tech roles like developers, data scientists, DevOps engineers, cybersecurity analysts, etc.Tech-Savviness:Strong understanding of technical roles, programming languages, and frameworks (e.g., Python, Java, AWS, Azure).Ability to engage with candidates on technical subjects and understand the demands of tech roles.Communication Skills:Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and negotiate effectively with candidates and clients.Tools & Platforms:Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Placement partner, GitHub).Proficient in using recruitment software and productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Slack).Sales & Negotiation Skills:Ability to pitch roles and opportunities effectively to candidates.Strong negotiation skills for closing deals with both candidates and clients.Organizational Skills:Ability to manage multiple roles and candidates simultaneously with attention to detail.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Adaptability:Willingness to learn new tools and keep up with the latest trends in technology recruitment.Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelors degree in IT, Business, Human Resources, or related field.Certifications in IT (e.g., AWS, Microsoft Azure, CompTIA) or Recruitment (e.g., AIRS Certified Recruiter).Prior experience recruiting for niche roles (e.g., Blockchain, AI/ML, IoT).Experience in headhunting and executive search within the tech space.Interested candidates should feel free to submit their CV.
