Qualifications and Experience Bachelors degree in Project Management, IT, Business Administration, or related field. 3-5 years of project management experience, preferably in IT. Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., PMBOK, Agile, Prince2) preferred. Skills and Competencies Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Additional Requirements Relevant project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) preferred. Willingness to work flexible hours to meet project deadlines. Ability to travel as needed. Key Responsibilities Project Planning: Define project scope, develop detailed project plans, and identify risks. Execution and Monitoring: Lead project teams, monitor progress, and manage changes. Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships, facilitate communication, and gather feedback. Quality Assurance: Ensure deliverables meet standards and implement quality control measures. Documentation: Maintain project documentation and prepare reports. Change Management: Manage project changes and support teams through transitions. Contract Details 1-year fixed-term contract, with the possibility of extension based on performance. Primarily based in Tshwane, with flexibility to engage with various departments.
