IT PROJECT COORINDATOR (Pay App) Midrand, Johannesburg (6-month contract)R20 000 R23 000 per month depending on qualifications and experienceStart Immediately! 6 MONTH CONTRACTOur client, an established Waste Management concern is search of a Project Coordinator to provide support to the Project management team in the successful execution of projects including planning, coordination, liaising with various stakeholders as well as monitoring of all activities around the implementation and development of their payment app model.You possess excellent communication and administration skills together with the ability to collaborate effectively with project teams and stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Online database coordination, maintenance, and reporting (Project Databases, Company Systems, SA buybacks).Accounts set up and new sites to be loaded into the system.Customer query management.Coordinate activities for system upgrades, queries, reporting and data requests.Administering the process of signing up new retailers and shops near to project partners.Research and sign-up retailers where company payment model can be utilised.Creating a database of buy-back centres across South Africa and linking these buy-back centresto Company Waste Reclaimer fee payment.Calculate, Coordinate, implement and report on delivery of Waste Reclaimer service fee.Sign up new Enterprises, add new locations onto the payment model and troubleshoot all activities.Assistance with enterprise and waste reclaimer queries.Collecting the necessary reporting data from project partners.Noting data coming in from partners, identifying any issues, and supporting partners in finding a solution.Web Service troubleshooting and assisting customers with payment queries.Train enterprise sand retailers on Payment model.Qualifications, skills and experience needed:Relevant IT or project related or related tertiary qualification requiredMinimum 3 Years minimum IT project administration or related IT administration experience neededFluency in an African language is requiredExperience with Payment systems or Payment app is highly beneficial!Experience gained within the Waste / Environmental / related industry also highly advantageousProven proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential (Ms Excel, Ms Word & MS PowerPoint)Valid Code 8 Drivers License essential and own reliable transport preferableKnowledge of data management and / or IT infrastructure management and / or IT security awareness
