Minimum Requirements:Diploma in Project Management or Information TechnologyCAPM and/or PRINCE 2 Foundation and/or AGILE Foundation required2 - 3 years experience in a project administration environmentExperience in an IT project environment will be an advantageExcellent knowledge of Microsoft Office 365MS Project and Planner Apps working knowledge, with experience in flowcharts, technical documentation, and schedulesKnowledge of project management softwareExperience working within predetermined structures and methodologiesPractical experience to follow, apply, and drive project governance principlesBusiness and financial acumenResponsibilities:Provide project administration support to the project teamProject maintenance and updates on project management platformsEnsure that risks and issues not resolved within the stipulated timeframe are escalated to the relevant stakeholdersCommunicate and follow up on actions and the impact of dependencies, providing daily feedback to the project team in the agreed forum and formatCoordinate quality controls to ensure deliverables meet requirementsInterpret and update project documentation on the project management platformsEnsure all billable change requests and project items are billed timeously (where applicable)Assist in obtaining approved quotations and payment of invoices within the project budgetMonitor vendor timesheets and proactively escalate any potential overruns to the Project ManagerUpdate and support the Project Manager with the project budget and execute monthly cost and projection reportingTrack expenses and assist the Project Manager to predict future project costsObtain approvals on project documentation according to the project Delegation of AuthorityAssist with the process of all change requests and related project documentation before closureFollow the necessary PMO guidelines with regard to documentation and assist with the execution of the project in accordance with the methodology, governance, and standards
