The purpose of this position is to assist the Customer Success Manager and broader team, in a variety of IT products, development and operational areas.Functions:Product Training, Onboarding & Retention and Digital Adoption Platform Content CreationConduct training sessions to groups and individuals across multiple IT products and platformsCreate Training Material, Outlines, Process Flows and DocumentationAssist with workflows, walkthroughs, Smart Tips, video creation, Data analytics, Reporting and end user assistance through a Digital Adoption PlatformCommunicate with end users post-training to effectiveness of training and improvements neededWork with technical team to broadcast training materials to end usersAssess knowledge of trainees' post trainingProvide status, progress and results reportingUse strong communication skills including excellent active listening skillsOnboard new clients and usersSupport the company commercial team in surveying user experiences and relaying to the IT product leadership teamIT Product Organisation/CoordinationKeep accurate record and reporting of IT product usage, demo's, onboarding, release notes, training sessions, development requests and interactions with stakeholders using Company tools and systemsAssist in data quality initiatives within the CompanyPartner with the IT product development teams to drive system development, adoption and meeting business requirements Requirements: Experience in administrationExperience in basic project management principlesIntermediate report writing skillsAdvanced level of knowledge in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and ExcelExperience in the freight forwarding industry (Advantageous)Basic graphic design skills (Advantageous) Experience in working with Digital Adoption Platforms (Advantageous).Relevant Diploma in IT with 3 years working experience in a similar environmentComputer skills including Microsoft Office suite, Excel and general knowledge of software developmentGood analytical skillsGood written and verbal skillsDetail oriented, able to multitask and meet deadlines Please consider your application unsuccessful if you have not received a response within two weeks of applying.
