Primary Role AccountabilitiesContract Management and renewalsAttend to various vendor contract renewalsTimely processing of customer renewalsAccuracy of customer renewal opportunities at all timesEnsuring Win-Win outcomes in customer renewals that might require renegotiationVendor Authorised ServicesBreak/fix claims processingBreak/fix parts orderingVendor rebates processingVendor billing processingInstallation services processingBack Office AdministrationPO and SO creationQuotation creationBilling processingCritical Requirements - Skills, Experience & QualificationsHigh attention to detail and accuracy with multitasking a key requirementSelf-managed and be able to work independentlyWork in structured and organized fashion to achieve goalsWork with large amounts of data in a structured manner to gather and execute on informationAbility to work under constant pressure and be able to meet tight deadlinesUnderstanding of RFQ and tender processesGood understanding of contracts, purchase orders and billingsMust have worked closely with customers (internal and external) and vendors alike.5+ years experience in a similar role in the IT industrySkills/Qualifications:Essential Must have Matric or Grade 122-year IT Diploma or equivalent a bonusBusiness Analyst Diploma or equivalent a bonusITIL Awareness an advantage
