Join a diverse team as an IT Procurement and Operations Administrator and play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional technical support services to valued clients.
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual with a proven admin background, procurement and technical support experience who enjoys providing outstanding customer service.Duties and Responsibilities:Act as the first point of contact for helpdesk tickets.Assign tickets accordingly and efficiently via the ticketing system (Freshdesk)Maintain and update Excel reportsManage and report on the Help Desk ticketing systemMaintain hardware and software inventoryAssist with purchasing tech equipment and follow up on ordersCoordinate with vendors on hardware replacementsPromptly address and resolve customer inquiries and issues with professionalism and courtesyMaintain accurate records of all customer interactions, troubleshooting steps, and resolutionsCreate technical documentation to aid in future customer inquiriesCollaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve issues, keeping clients and colleagues updated on progressCoordinating technical staff, such as assigning engineers to different sites or projects?What's in it for you -Salary: R6 500 – R7500 per month depending on experience40 days paid holiday annuallyFull remote working (8:30am – 17:00pm UK time)Remote Work Requirements:As a remote employee, you are expected to have access to a reliable internet connection and a suitable workspace.
You should also be able to communicate effectively with team members through various virtual communication tools.Mandatory Skills:Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support/helpdesk and proven administration experience.
**Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
**Knowledge of software applications, networks, and troubleshooting techniques is advantageous.
**Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult and complex situations.
**Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
**Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
**Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
**Strong administration skills.
