It Operations Co-Ordinator (Advanced)

Responsibilities:Administer and monitor license services for all servers and triades across Linux and Windows environments.Manage license service upgrades and client license tracking.Document all processes and configurations using tools like act toolchain, CMDB, ResolveIT, and SAM.Lead operation meetings and coordinate external contractors.Provide support and consultation to license suppliers, including managing logs, testing, and new releases.Handle incident, problem, and change management processes related to licenses.Address IT security issues and manage software migrations and agent distribution.Participate in 24/7 on-call duty rotation.Investigate and evaluate new platforms for license management.Qualifications and Experience:Degree in Information Systems or equivalent experience.ITIL certification (preferred).Minimum 6 years of IT working experience.Minimum 4 years of experience in an operations environment.Deep ITSM knowledge and experience in IT operations.Understanding and mastery of PIC processes.Agile Project Management knowledge and work experience.Experience in administering Windows and Linux OS (client/server).Thorough knowledge of Linux and Linux commands.Understanding of IT infrastructure and component relationships.Expertise in license services, administration, and management.Proficiency in software administration (lifecycle/deployment) and software license management.FLEXLM knowledge.Ability to take on additional responsibilities as defined in the Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter.Advantageous Skills:System management experience (e.g., Ansible).Experience with containerization software (e.g., Docker).Experience with public and private cloud services (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google).German language proficiency (speaking or translation).
