We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable individual with a strong foundation in IT support.
The ideal candidate will excel at resolving technical issues, providing exceptional end-user support, and performing well under pressure.
Strong organizational and administrative skills are essential, along with excellent communication abilities.
You will manage technical support requests with professionalism and meticulous attention to detail.
What you will be doing: Oversee the technology systems and infrastructure, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Manage computer systems, networks, and software applications.
Evaluate and provide proactive suggestions for technology advancements and improvements.
Strategically plan and implement systems to fulfill and exceed expectations for over 200 computer system users.
Maintain extensive knowledge of systems, data security risks, networking, entertainment, and business continuity.
Ensure service levels are delivered at the highest priority and quality to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Contribute to the seamless operation of our establishments, supporting our reputation for excellence in guest experience.
Minimum requirements: Education: Matric.
Language Skills: Must speak, read, write, and understand English at a professional level.
Qualifications: Degree or diploma in Information Technology.
Experience: Minimum of five (5) years in hospitality, operations, and IT support roles; at least two (2) years in a supervisory/managerial capacity.
Hospitality Experience: Advantageous.
Transportation: Driver's license and own vehicle.
