It Manager (Accpac/Sage/Api Integrations)

This role requires proficiency in resolving hardware and software issues, troubleshooting various computer-related problems, ensuring network security, and dealing with computer viruses.
Required Key Skills:- A National Diploma in Information Technology or at least A+, N+, and Microsoft Certification.- 5-10 years experience in IT Management.- Proven expertise in computer hardware, software systems, networks, network administration, and installation.- Proven ability to manage a domain through Active Directory and Terminal Services.- Advanced understanding of Microsoft Windows and Server Operating Systems.- In-depth knowledge about E-mail and internet programs.- Proficiency in database structure along with quick data accessing and extraction skills.- Experience with Sage 300 (Accpac) and Sage CRM at both front-end and back-end.- Familiarity with IIS, Webservices, SSRS Report Writing, WMS Integration, and API Integration.- Basic knowledge of Java or Angular JS, including log review and fundamental debugging skills.Potential candidates are those who can demonstrate problem-solving capabilities, strong attention to detail, effective communication abilities, and a deep commitment to team collaboration and company growth.
