Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in supply chain/Project management, logistics, or a related field is a plus.Proven experience in inventory management, preferably within the hospitality or POS industry.Strong analytical skills and proficiency in inventory management software.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.Proficiency in project management software, inventory management systems, and financial management tools.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Project/ Installations Management:Plan, coordinate, and execute projects related to the installation, configuration, and support of POS systems.Develop project timelines, set milestones, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, technical support, and development, to ensure project success.Provide regular updates and reports on project status to stakeholders.
Inventory Management:Monitor and maintain stock levels across various regional locations to ensure optimal inventory levels.Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.Implement and manage stock control systems and procedures.
Order Management:Coordinate and manage stock orders and deliveries to regional locations.Work closely with suppliers and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.Process and track purchase orders and receipts.
Data Analysis and Reporting:Analyze stock data to identify trends and forecast future inventory needs.Generate regular reports on stock levels, movements, and variances.Provide insights and recommendations for inventory optimization.
Invoicing and Financial Management:Prepare and issue invoices to clients in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and completeness.Track payments and manage accounts receivable to ensure that invoices are paid on time.Reconcile accounts related to stock and project expenses at month-end.Assist in preparing month-end financial reports, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date.Collaborate with the finance team to address any discrepancies or issues in invoicing or financial reporting.
Team Collaboration:Liaise with regional managers and staff to address stock-related issues and requirements.Train and support regional teams on stock control procedures and systems.Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate stock valuation.
Compliance and Best Practice:Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations regarding stock and project management.Continuously improve stock control processes and implement best practices.
