Job Description Job Description Supporting of all OUTsurance's in-house programs, Keep abreast of the latest technology in the industry, both Hardware and Software.
Support of basic voice enquiries Support of all (desktop) Microsoft Applications Ability to guide Staff members on technical issues Technical knowledge sharing amongst all support team members and ensuring effective communication within the rest of the team Build a relationship with the users and ensuring that the customer's needs are met, Preventative maintenance Administration – Procedures.
  Qualifications Take note to qualify for an INSETA Internship program you need to :   Be a South African citizen   Not previously part of an internship/learnership with INSETA   Be between the ages of 18 & 35   Unemployed in the last 2 months   Information Technology/Information Systems Diploma in Information Technology (3-4 years qualification) Or relevant IT qualification (degree and/ or diploma) A+ Certificate  Additional Information Additional information An ideal candidate will be able to align their personal work values to the OUTsurance values of Awesome Service, Passionate, Honest, Human, Dynamic and Recognition.
