In line with their growth and commitment to excellence, they are seeking a dedicated and experienced IT Governance Administrator to join their team.Duties & ResponsibilitiesFunctions:Develop and maintain IT risk and compliance frameworks, policies, processes, and procedures.Implement best practices and approved IT governance frameworks.Monitor compliance with IT security policies and ensure alignment with the organisation's business objectives.Monitor IT disaster recovery plans and their alignment with business continuity plans.Collaborate with risk management and internal audit units to monitor IT internal control systems.Provide regular reports on IT governance activities and compliance status.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements related to IT governance.Skills:Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Office, Outlook, and Internet.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.Bilingual in English and Afrikaans with strong interpersonal communication.Team player with a caring attitude.Flexible in adapting to changes and management decisions.Proficient in problem-solving techniques and record keeping.Leadership skills and ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships.Desired Experience & QualificationGrade 12 or equivalent.Certifications in CISA, CISM, CRISC, CGEIT, CISSP, or COBIT training are essential.Minimum of 5 years' experience in IT auditing or ICT governance, risk, and compliance.Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.Critical thinking and adaptability to changing environments.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Customer service-oriented with effective listening skills.Package & RemunerationCompetitive salary commensurate with experience.Exceptional benefits program including 23 days of annual leave, 8-hour workday with a 30min break, life cover, disability benefits, funeral cover, pension fund, medical aid, and more.Office perks: free parking, Wi-Fi, landline phone allowance, on-site gym, subsidized meals, free refreshments, Athletics Club, Pilates, and wellness programs.Dynamic team interactions, recognition programs, and incentives.Interested?Be part of a team that values innovation, quality service, and the well-being of its members.
