It Field Service Technician

The successful candidate will be responsible to service Port Elizabeth and surrounding areas by providing IT support assisting with hardware and software issues. The role is to provide on-site or remote troubleshooting assistance including the setting of hardware systems, installing and upgrading software and troubleshooting IT issues.Must have qualification:Grade 12IT Diploma / Degree preferablyIT Systems (NQF 5) certificateMinimum of 2-7 years' experience in IT software and hardware supportDriver's License and Own Car (Pre-requisite)Technical / Legal Certification:CompTIA A+CompTia N+COMPTIA S+ (advantageous)Relevant OEM certification (HP, Dell, Lenovo)Cisco EssentialMSCE (advantageous)Must have own car and available to start immediatley!
