The ideal candidate will have a broad knowledge of Microsoft infrastructure systems, a deep understanding of Microsoft System Center and device management technologies, IT Security, IT service delivery (ITIL), and project handling in large international companies.Responsibilities:Ensure that all systems supported by Workplace Services are operational and maintained.Monitor IT solutions within the area of responsibility.Report and troubleshoot problems as required.Apply regular updates and patches, as required.Create documentation, procedures and policies in relation to the areas of responsibility.Establish a good working relationship with peers and other business players.Guide staff/clients through a series of actions, either face to face or virtually.Create Dashboards and Reports.Check market trends and analyse potential improvements within the area of responsibility.Desired Experience & QualificationRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field.At least five years' equivalent work experience as an IT Infrastructure Analyst.Experience working within international teams.Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language.Highly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail.Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to effectively prioritise tasks in a high-pressure environment.Ability to conduct technical researches and market analysis.Good time- and self-management.Package & RemunerationSalary: R55 000 per month.
