Key Responsibilities:Install, configure, and maintain desktop hardware and software systemsProvide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issuesPerform system upgrades, software installations, and security patch managementManage desktop and laptop inventory, ensuring that all devices are properly maintainedAssist with network connectivity and peripheral device configurationDocument all technical issues and resolutions in a detailed and organized mannerCollaborate with IT team members to ensure seamless technology operationsExperience and Skills Required:Proven experience as a Desktop Technician or in a similar technical support roleFamiliarity with common desktop hardware, including printers, monitors, and peripheralsExcellent problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose technical issuesStrong communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical usersRelevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) are a plus
