Lexdan Select seeks a highly skilled and experienced IT Director to lead our technology team.
The successful candidate will create and implement effective IT policies, protocols, procedures, and standards.About the Role:This senior leadership position requires a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and guide a team of IT professionals.
The ideal candidate has at least 8 years of experience in infrastructure management, systems engineering, network security, and team leadership.Key Responsibilities:Technical Leadership: Provide strategic direction and technical guidance to the IT team, ensuring all IT initiatives align with business objectives.IT Infrastructure Management: Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of Lexdan Select's IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, storage, and applications.Team Management: Lead and manage a team of IT technicians and software developers, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to ensure high levels of productivity and job satisfaction.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field (or equivalent experience).At least 8 years of experience in infrastructure management, systems engineering, network security, and team leadership.Compensation:The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
