Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced IT professional to lead our technical team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network administration, IT management, and leadership.About the RoleThis role will be responsible for overseeing the entire IT infrastructure, including network security, data storage, and system maintenance. The successful candidate will work closely with our development team to ensure seamless integration of new technologies and applications.ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain the overall IT strategy and architecture.Liaise with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business needs.Oversee the planning and implementation of new projects and initiatives.Maintain and improve the IT infrastructure to meet business requirements.Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.Requirements5+ years of experience in IT management or a related field.Strong understanding of network administration, security, and data storage.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Degree in Computer Science or a related field.SalaryThe salary range for this position is between $120,000 and $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
