Key Responsibilities:Install and configure PCs and software components for optimal usability.Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.Repair or replace damaged hardware and manage server support.Set up employee profiles, maintain printers, and perform daily backups.Install and upgrade anti-virus software, evaluate new software and hardware.Provide first-line support, manage technical documentation, and establish strong inter-departmental relationships.Candidate Requirements:IT-related qualification (A+, N+, MCSE certification preferred).3-5 years of experience in a similar role, handling 20+ PCs.Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a solid understanding of Microsoft Server and Desktop software.
