Join Our Ambitious Team!We're a small but growing company with big goals, looking for a skilled, self-motivated professional to support our team in IT, data management, and social media.The RoleYou will be responsible for:Developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing programs in line with brand plans and business priorities.Working with content marketing and design teams to create suitable content for each stage of a customer's digital journey.Reviewing and optimising the design and content of all online assets including the company website and social media pages.Planning and control of the digital marketing budget and spend by allocating budgets to different channels.Using A/B testing to optimise digital marketing performance.Analysing the results and effectiveness of campaigns to deliver actionable insights and recommendations and generating monthly reports on the digital marketing portfolio.Installing, configuring, upgrading, administering & monitoring the database environment.Monitoring & administering ENTER_DB database systems.Optimising database performance and performing regular server maintenance through applying patches and versioning when required.Troubleshooting any database-related issues.Driving performance marketing via SPECIFIC_EXPERIENCE.Analysing content traffic metrics and effectiveness of campaigns and messaging to explore ways of improving content marketing ROI.Ideal ProfileYou possess a Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.You have at least 1 year of experience, ideally within a Database Administrator or Digital Marketing role.You have working knowledge of Zoho.Experience within would be a strong advantage.You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard.You are highly goal-driven and work well in fast-paced environments.You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data.What's on Offer?Attractive Salary & Benefits.Strong opportunities to progress your career.Opportunity within a company with a solid track record of performance.
