RequirementsA minimum of a B Degree / Advanced Diploma or equivalent qualificationA relevant change management certificationA minimum of 5 years change management experienceA minimum of 5 years' experience in an IT Solutions environment working with highly technical teams (eg. Enterprise Integration, DevSecOps etc.)Experience in managing large scale projects that are strategically aligned within the financial services industryExperience in designing a change management strategy and execution planExperience in creating training materials and crafting communication materialsExperience with facilitating workshops and stakeholder engagement sessionsExperience in negotiating for desired outcomesResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute change management plans, including training, communication, and resistance management.Collaborate with project teams to assess impacts, address barriers, and engage stakeholders for buy-in.Facilitate readiness assessments, knowledge transfer, and post-implementation reviews.Manage change activities aligned with project timelines and budgets.Promote a culture of resilience and embed sustainable change within the organization.
