REQUIRED LEARNING 1-2 years IT Experience Preferred IT Qualification preferred 1-2 years help desk experience preferred ITIL V4 Foundations certificate (advantageous) KEY JOB OUTPUTS Log all customers reported faults on the system. Manage and track the reported fault. Dispatch the Technicians to attend to the reported fault Capture the reported fault progress status on the system Update both internal and external customers wrt fault logged Ensure you receive all Job Cards back from technicians Process all Job Cards on the system Ensure all documentation is filled Update multiple systems where needed CORE COMPETENCIES Excellent written and verbal Skills Positive attitude Excellent organisation skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills An ability to work to tight deadlines and within constraints Good Listening skills Ethical Team player Ability to perform under pressure Able to work independently An understanding of the service delivery environment and stakeholder interests Good communication skills Attention to detail Reliable and able to produce a high quality of work Display excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage work processes APPLICATIONS/ENQUIRIES Email your CV and motivational letter
