Job PurposeThe IT Business Process Analyst II will be responsible for facilitating and defining business requirements, ensuring their translation into effective business solutions.
You will play a key role in leading workshops, designing solutions, and enhancing processes to optimize operational performance.Minimum Requirements:Relevant 3-year Information Technology or business-related qualification.3-5 years of experience in Business/Process Analysis, preferably across multiple disciplines.Proficient in process modeling tools and methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Agile).Additional Criteria:Proven experience in leading solution design workshops.Expertise in delivering typical Business Analysis artefacts.Faculty Training Institute Business Analysis qualification is advantageous.Understanding of Retail Merchandising and/or Supply Chain & Logistics is advantageous.Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.Experience in ERP implementation(s) is advantageous.Strong stakeholder relationship management and influencing skills.Proficiency in process modeling, gap analysis, and requirements engineering.Ability to work collaboratively within a team or autonomously when required.Strong problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.Adaptable to change, with a proactive mindset in anticipating obstacles and finding solutions.Key Responsibilities:Business Analysis ApproachDevelop a Business Analysis Approach tailored to each project, ensuring an understanding of the project context to define effective strategies.Business Process DefinitionAnalyze and document current business processes, while designing future business processes to align with organizational goals.Business Requirements WorkshopsLead workshops to elicit, define, and document system requirements, ensuring they meet business objectives.Solution Design CollaborationParticipate in solution design workshops and contribute to the development of Functional and System Requirement Specifications.Testing & TrainingCollaborate on testing materials, document test scenarios, and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet requirements.
