We are looking for a dynamic IT & Business Efficiency Manager to spearhead IT integration projects, enhance operational excellence, and support our schools and central teams with cutting-edge IT solutions. As IT & Business Efficiency Manager, you will report to the Head of Business Efficiency and work closely with our 3-person team:
Head of Business Efficiency: Strategic lead for roadmaps, budgets, and data automation.Business Operations Specialist: Enhancing departmental operations (Finance, Admissions), reporting, and data integrity.IT Support Specialist: Level 1 & 2 technical support and process automation.Your responsibilities will include:
1. Driving IT integration for new schoolsCollaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, HR, Marketing) to onboard new schools into Enko's IT ecosystem.Lead technical and functional implementation, including migrating email systems and configuring ERP/CRM tools (Eduka, Pipedrive).Develop IT best practices tailored to a decentralized, multi-site environment.2. Designing and optimizing shared IT servicesBuild and refine IT processes for maximum efficiency (ex: onboarding/offboarding workflows).Ensure each school receives high-quality, cost-effective IT support.3. Managing technical projects and system integrationsOversee IT projects from needs assessment to post-deployment follow-up.Implement integrations and automation across platforms (Google Workspace, Slack, Eduka, Pipedrive, etc.).Bonus: Experience with scripting (e.g., Google Apps Script) is highly valued.4. Supporting and mentoring local IT teamsPartner with IT leads across schools to guide solution selection and ensure cost control.Set and enforce IT standards across the organization.5. Optimizing IT tools and infrastructureEvaluate and enhance current tools and systems to ensure peak performance.Contribute to network security and infrastructure improvements.6. Developing a data warehouse and integration pipelinesImprove data centralization, structuring, and visualization to support operational decision-making.Your ProfileWe are looking for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and brings both technical expertise and a strategic mindset. Here's what we're looking for:
Experienced leader: You have 8+ years in IT, ideally as an IT Manager or similar, with a proven track record in multi-site environments.Integration expert: You have led IT integration projects from start to finish, including working with APIs and SMTP systems.Hands-on problem solver: You are skilled in scripting, process automation, and tool integration—and you are not afraid to roll up your sleeves when needed.Project management pro: You can manage multiple, complex projects and align them with organizational goals.Bilingual communicator: You are fluent in both French and English and know how to engage stakeholders effectively.Bonus Points if you have: Experience with IT system mergers or consolidations.Knowledge of data analytics, data warehousing, or pipeline development.If you're a proactive, creative thinker with a knack for driving change and delivering results, we would love to hear from you.
