Key Responsibilities: Requirements Gathering: Engage stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, translating them into technical specifications. Process Analysis & Improvement: Review business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements. Solution Design & Documentation: Collaborate with IT teams to design solutions and create functional specifications and documentation. Collaboration & Communication: Act as a liaison between business users and IT teams, supporting project managers and presenting updates. Testing & QA: Assist in testing, user acceptance, and issue resolution. Project Management Support: Help with project planning, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery. Qualifications & Skills: Education : Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, IT, Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science or Engineering, or related fields. Technical Skills : Data analysis and SQL. Experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Familiarity with requirements management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence). Basic knowledge of programming/scripting (optional). Experience with ERP/CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Salesforce). Experience (5-7 Years): Industry Experience: 5-7 years in business analysis or related roles (e.g., systems analyst, project manager). Experience in a specific industry (e.g., finance, healthcare, e-commerce) is beneficial. Project Experience: Experience in software development projects (requirements gathering, documentation, SDLC). Experience in managing change requests and impact assessments. Methodologies: Strong background in Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and/or Waterfall methodologies. Experience working in hybrid methodologies. Business Process Knowledge: Experience mapping and improving business processes. Ability to conduct gap analysis and propose IT solutions for process optimization. Collaboration: Worked with cross-functional teams (developers, testers, etc.). Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements. Problem-Solving: Conduct root cause analysis and provide data-driven insights. Suggest actionable IT solutions for business challenges.
