RPO Recruitment is currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated IT Administrator to join our client's team.
As an IT Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems.
You will also provide technical support to employees and ensure the smooth operation of the company's IT functions.
Responsibilities: Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software Monitor and troubleshoot network and system issues Ensure the security and integrity of data by implementing appropriate measures Manage user accounts and permissions Provide technical support to employees and address their IT-related inquiries Assist in the planning and implementation of IT projects and initiatives Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is advantageous but not required.
Five (5) years proven experience as an IT Administrator or similar role.
Strong knowledge of networking, including LAN/WAN, firewalls, routers, and VPN.
Proficient in managing and configuring servers and user endpoints.
Experience with cloud services, virtualization technologies, and backup solutions.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
Code 8 driver's license required and willingness to travel to remote sites.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) are an advantage.
