We're seeking a committed IS Support Specialist to play a pivotal role in executing essential operations, configurations, and maintenance on our production systems.
Your responsibilities will encompass tracking, managing, and reporting IT issues to ensure prompt resolutions and uninterrupted operations.

Duties and Responsibilities: Ensure that automated and data distribution processes are executed in a timely manner and adhere to service level agreements for both internal and external business clients.
Document all automated and data distribution processes, service level agreements and escalation procedures including incidents, errors, and workarounds in the register.
Perform all relevant predefined support and maintenance requests.
Escalate all relevant incidents and errors to applicable second- and third-line support.
Conduct trend analysis on incidents and problems to identify problem areas.
Proactively implement appropriate measures, tools, and systems to monitor availability of service components and data.
Work closely with teams to ensure a continuous, stable, and efficient environment.
Efficient and accurate execution of core job aspects.
Experience Required: A few years commercial application monitoring and support experience; ideally in the Investment Management and Financial Services industry, or similar environment.
