The LabourNet Group is currently experiencing tremendous growth and as such we're constantly searching for top talent.Job DescriptionWe currently have an exciting position available for an Industrial Relations Support Consultant, to be based at our branch in Bellville, Cape Town.You are responsible forInclusive of, but not limited to:Provide quality support to clients and consultants.Support clients telephonically / via email as the primary point of contact.Onboarding of new consultants (training and signoffs) as well as further development through managing the LAP process with all consultants within the region.Ensuring appointments are booked efficiently, with area focus and the type of work in mind.Ensuring we minimize the administrative burden on the entire IR team.Secure, develop and maintain client relationships.QualificationsYou'll need a customer-first mindset and the following skills to succeed in this role:B-Degree in IR/Law/HR/Industrial psychology or related fieldAt least 1 years' experience in IR within LabourNetExperience in facilitating training would be advantageous.Valid driver's license and own vehicle is essential.Package & Remuneration:Salary: R17 850 CTCBenefits: Laptop, Cell phone, Internet, and Excellent career growth as well as a great commission structure.Embark on an exciting, rewarding, and challenging career move and join LabourNet, a market leader in the HR Management Services sector.
