Our client is looking for an experienced attorney with a minimum of two years post articles experience in Labour Law / Human Resources .
Key responsibilities: Disciplinary management Attending to disciplinary and grievance procedures Labour dispute resolution Work closely with department managers to provide advice on labour, legal and disciplinary matters Facilitate meetings, counselling session and improve workplace relations Conflict management and resolution Policy development and compliance Skills required: Attention to detail and ability to analyse complex situations Exceptional conflict management, negotiation and mediation skills Ability to foster positive relationships across all levels of the organisation Previous relevant experience
