Minimum requirements: University degree or college diploma in Business, specializing in Industrial Relations, Human Resource Management or equivalent education and related experienceFive years of progressively responsible experience and/or supervisory dutiesTraining and/or on-the-job experience in employee relations, investigations and performance management.Knowledge of common labour law and employment legislation (LRA, BCEA, MEIBC, SEIFSA)Demonstrated experience in employee relations cases and employment law (CCMA, Fair Dismissals, effective Poor Performance Management, Grievances etc).Consultant: Angela Heydenreich - Dante Personnel East Rand
