Do you think you have what it takes to be our newest Purple Star?The IR Coordinator will demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of employment law and best practices in industrial relations. This role requires providing support to management and HR Team across the country, assisting with a variety of IR-related queries and issues. The Coordinator will serve as a key resource, offering expert guidance and facilitating effective communication to ensure compliance and promote a positive workplace environment.With Hollywoodbets You Will:Innovate and create as part of a like-minded, authentic Team eager to achieve goals.Embrace challenges and the thrill of working in a vibrant and fast-paced industry.Grow with our development plans and culture that allows you to further your career.You Bring:A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in an IR/ HR environment.Knowledgeable in Labour Legislation (EE Act, BCEA, Labour Relations).A Valid Driver's Licence.A Bonus To Have:Bachelor's Degree or relevant qualification.What You'll Do For The Brand:Scheduling of hearings nationally. To ensure that dates and times are confirmed, and all parties are informed.Follow up on the outcome of hearings with Supplier and the relevant manager.Drafting of Mitigating and Aggravating circumstances.Drafting disciplinary actions nationally via centralized IR portal (verbal warning, written warning, final written warning, performance counselling documentation). Ensure that these are in accordance with the company's disciplinary code and consistently applied.Ensure information on all IR documents is accurate and captured correctly and saved in the applicable folder.Prepare detailed written advice and reports on complex issues and /or escalate to Senior IR team if and when required.Draft relevant required IR documents, following up on issued documents, attach signed documents and record information on applicable HR/IR system. Ensure that the HR/IR system is set up to cater for the specific disciplinary actions being recorded and is kept updated.Updating IR spreadsheets on a daily basis as and when required. Ensure stats are captured accurately.Capturing of IR related information, data on systems and ensuring that accurate records are kept of IR matters.Auditing the IR system to ensure that all IR related aspects are up to date and in order for reporting purposes.Reporting on disciplinary stats on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.Ensure continuous audits and reporting on all information – including HR and IR system reporting.Maintain good support relationships with Line Managers/Branch Managers/Team Leaders.Providing constant advice and support to all Line Managers and HR Team in relation to IR Matters across the business.Ensure that weekly calls are made to National CCMA branches to ensure that IR calendar is updated regarding Conciliations/Arbitration referrals and Set downs scheduled accordingly with Employers Association (Representative).Managing the IR Inbox and ensuring that all is attended to in a timeous and professional manner. (Monitoring the IR Assistants work presented to ensure that the correct action and information is supplied to relevant managers).Tracking signed copies of all warnings and IR documents drafted and reporting on finalized and unfinalized cases.Conducting pre-hearing investigations.Attending hearing preps and guiding managers and witnesses on IR processes.Assisting Senior IR team with ad hoc duties when required to do so.Operate independently within scope of authority.What You'll Bring To The Team:Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail.Good problem-solving skills.Strong sense of accountability.Good understanding of Business Acumen.So, are you ready to level up, learn, and perform at your best?
