Industrial Relations ConsultantWe currently have an exciting position available for an Industrial Relations Consultant, to be based at our branch in the Durban North area, around Umhlanga/Ballito.Duties & ResponsibilitiesYou are responsible for:Retaining all clients as well as servicing clients in terms of all IR issues.Contacting all clients as per schedule.Typical IR issues can range from:Chairing of disciplinary inquiries.Drafting of judgments for clients.Assisting with the issuing of warnings to ensure compliance.Drafting and implementing of policies.To more complex issues like:Strike Management.Desired Experience & QualificationYou'll need a customer-first mindset and the following skills to succeed in this role:3 years B.
