IP Core and Transmission EngineerOur ICT client based in Stellenbosch is looking to employ an IP Core and Transmission Engineer.Duties & ResponsibilitiesDesign, implementation, and optimisation of the Core network infrastructure. You will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the IP core and transmission network to ensure uptime requirements of the network are met.Desired Experience & QualificationMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor's DegreeGrade 12Networking Certifications will be essential such as JNCIP, CCNP, ITIL5+ years' experience in a network engineering role in the IPS or FNO industry.Expert proficiency in working on JUNIPER, CISCO, or ARISTA equipment.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues efficiently.Excellent communication skills to work in a cross-functional environment.
