What you'll do: Remote and onsite user support to users across 4 customers on the precinctGeneral support of end-user computing for hardware, networking, printing, application, OS, and boardrooms equipmentSet up and preparation of hardware for distribution to usersAchieve expected SLA and quality requirements and KPIs to support client contract objectivesExcellent verbal communication to deliver remote or telephonic supportEffective time and call management to support contractual objectivesEffective use of Call Management System and tools to effectively measure delivery of servicesEnsure effective resolution of calls within agreed timelines at expected service qualityTimeous escalation to ensure resolution within the agreed timelineFrequent and appropriate communication with users regarding the resolution progress of incidents and requestsYour expertise: IT Experience in remote End User SupportExperience in Network SupportStrong problem solvingTime managementQualifications required: National Senior CertificateA+ &/or N+MCSEHardware Certifications are advantageousITIL FoundationOther InformationOther information applicable to the opportunity: Contract Position (1 year)Location: Cape Town – OnsiteWork environment: Working within a team onsite at the clientPhysical Demands: Assist with moving of IT equipment, walking between sites
