Our client in the retail and wholesale Industry is seeking a skilled individual for an Invoicing Clerk role.

The Invoicing Clerk is responsible for creating Invoices on CIMS and to attend to Tasks on a daily basis.

Salary: R8 500pm CTC Requirements: ±2 years working experience on CIMS.Computer literate in MS Office, Excel and Email.Good communication skills written and oral.Interpersonal skills.Work under pressure.Deadline driven.Basic Accounting knowledge.Team player. Responsibilities and expectations but not limited to: Processing new Invoices.Resolve Invoicing queries.Attend to Tasks.Ad hoc duties as required.Ensure that all Invoicing is done accurately.Attend to email replies/queries.Ensure that Standard Operating Procedure is complied with at all times.
