Invoicing Clerk / Procurement

Details of the offer

- This is an office-based position only
- Must have good communication skills
- Must have a head for accurate figures
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Work well under pressure and work well in a team (healthy- and positive relationships with colleagues, customers and suppliers)
- Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately on time using Sage Pastel
- Match purchase orders with invoices and resolve any discrepancies
- Verify invoice details against purchase orders, sales orders and other supporting documentation
- Provide assistance to sales consultants (quick response to inquiries from sales consultants)
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient and accurate processing of invoices
- Liaise with sales consultants to address billing inquiries
- Communication with suppliers regarding invoice-related inquiries, track deliveries, stock levels, etc.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of customer- and supplier invoices and related documentation
- Assisting with customer queries
- Assist with month-end closing procedures as needed
- General office administration
- Assist walk in clients collecting their stock from the warehouse (Customer service with regards to but not limited to)
- Weekly reviewing of customer back orders (sales orders) vs purchase orders reports
- Assist with stock counts

Must have Matric
Must be South African Citizen
