Invoicing Clerk – Jsic

Main Job Function:
The Invoicing Clerk is responsible for creating invoices on CIMS and attending to tasks on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities:

Processing new invoices
Resolving invoicing queries
Attending to tasks
Performing ad hoc duties as required
Ensuring that all invoicing is done accurately
Responding to email replies/queries
Complying with Standard Operating Procedures at all times

Qualifications:

Grade 12
Approximately 2 years of working experience on CIMS
Computer literate in MS Office, Excel, and Email

Criteria:

Good communication skills (written and oral)
Interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure
Deadline-driven
Basic accounting knowledge
Attention to detail
Team player

Remuneration: R7 500
