Invoicing / Banking & Creditors Administrator - Manufacturing

REQUIREMENTSMatric, relevant qualification advantageousMinimum of 2 years of experience in a purchasing and production management roleUnderstanding of procurement and production processesProficient in Microsoft ExcelExcellent negotiation and communication skillsAbility to multitask, prioritize and meet tight deadlinesStrong leadership and team management skillsExperience in the manufacturing industry is preferredDUTIESRaise Purchase Orders & place orders with SuppliersFollow up with suppliersBuild good relationships with suppliersCapture Supplier Invoices on accounting systemReconcile supplier statements at the end of the monthWhere there are discrepancies, communicate with supplier and resolve.Load supplier payments at the end of the month.Load ad hoc supplier payments throughout the month.Source new suppliers from time to time and when required & compare purchase prices / quotes from more than one supplier and determine best optionsCheck bank transactions daily and capture into our Accounting systemMatch customer payments to Sales InvoicesMatch supplier payments to Supplier Invoices.Reconcile bank account on a monthly basis.Capture & process Petty Cash transactionsReconcile Petty Cash on a monthly basisCapture & process Netcash transactionReconcile Netcash on a monthly basisMonthly staff welfare shopKeep track of absentees dailyContact suppliers and get quotes for new projects or factory issues when neededSalary: R negotiable dependent on experience Join us on SOCIAL MEDIA or visit our WEBSITE for more information.
