Invoice Controller

RPO Recruitment's client, a well-established logistics company, is looking for an Invoice Controller to join their team. As an Invoice Controller, you will be responsible for managing invoice processing and ensuring accuracy and timeliness in invoicing.Responsibilities:Reviewing and verifying invoices for accuracy and completenessObtaining necessary approvals for invoicesProcessing invoices in the systemMatching invoices with purchase orders and receiving documentsInvestigating and resolving invoice discrepanciesEnsuring timely and accurate submission of invoices to customersMaintaining accurate records and documentation related to invoicesAssisting with month-end closing activities related to invoicingCoordinating with other teams and departments to resolve invoice-related issuesSupporting the finance team with ad hoc tasks as requiredRequirements:Minimum of 2 years experience in invoice processing or related roleProficiency in MS Office, especially ExcelAttention to detail and accuracyStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of accounting principles and practicesExperience working with accounting software is a plusBenefits:Competitive SalaryRPO is a Specialist Recruitment Agency that provides candidates and clients with unique recruitment solutions tailored to their needs.
