Job category: Other: FMCG, Retail, Wholesale and Supply ChainLocation: Cape TownContract: PermanentRemuneration: Market RelatedEE position: YesIntroductionTo accurately check and capture invoices and ensure that invoice batching and matching is done daily on the relevant systems and that queries are resolved within the agreed time frames.Create and match invoice batches daily on the system.Capture all invoices on a spreadsheet which is used for control purposes.Ensure all administrative documentation is completed correctly and sent to stakeholders on time (PO's, SRA's, and gate passes).Ensure all queries are resolved within 48 hours.Ensure the admin KPI board is completed daily.Adhere to statutory health and safety requirements, housekeeping standards, and all other internal policies to ensure compliance.Minimum Requirements1 year administrative experience.1 year with a distribution/logistics.ExperienceExperience on a warehouse management system.Understanding of DC/Logistics Operations.SkillsBasic Numeric skills.Good planning and organisational skills.Adhering to Principles and Values.Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
