Investor And Client Onboarding Specialist

Overview: Our client, an international asset management company specialising in delivering tailored financial solutions, is seeking an Investor & Client Onboarding Specialist.
The organisation is dedicated to building long-term relationships with clients through comprehensive services and a focus on sustainable, regulated asset management.
This role involves supporting the onboarding and KYC processes for investors in their Guernsey entities.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in investor onboarding, and KYC within Fund Administration.
Responsibilities: Assisting in the review and onboarding of new investorsChecking of application forms and investor due diligence documentationLiaising with investors to request additional documentationPerforming risk assessments of investorsCarrying out periodic reviews of investorsAssisting with any day-to-day ad-hoc requests from investors and clientsWorking on KYC remediation projectsRequirements: Strong understanding of KYC regulations and investor due diligence practicesFamiliarity with risk assessment protocols for investor onboardingProficiency with KYC documentation and regulatory compliance requirementsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)Experience with KYC platforms or CRM systems is an advantage
