Job Description This role is responsible for managing a portfolio of existing clients with a view to retaining and growing the business and is individually accountable for achieving results through own efforts, over periods of 3 months to a year.
Manages a portfolio of existing large Corporate clientsResponsible for retention of assets for existing clientsManages various levels of client relationshipsDevelop proactive retention strategies for key clientsProvide investment report backs to boards of Trustees, Manco's, Employers and IntermediariesAddress all client Investment queries within SLA requirementsReduce levels of risk by proactively addressing areas of concernProvide alternative solutions with dissatisfaction of current productsCollaborates effectively with internal stakeholders and third parties as determined by client needs to achieve retention resultsWhere possible, grows the share of wallet per clientMarkets new and enhanced products to clientsSkills, Qualifications and Experience required: Matric and relevant business or financial degree3-5 years' experience in investmentsExperience in managing large clientsExcellent presentation skills, communication skills and stakeholder management experience.Skills Investments, Stakeholder Management, Strong Communication & Presentation skills
