Investment Reporting Analyst

A leading global alternative investment manager based in Cape Town is seeking an Investment Reporting Analyst to join their team.
The prominent global investment firm is looking for an Investment Reporting Analyst to manage all aspects of Fund Operations and Reporting for various Funds across the firm. This role reports to the Vice President, Fund Operations & Reporting, and is part of a dynamic team.
As a Investment Reporting Analyst, you will prepare ILPA reports, complete online templates, process checks, assist in quarterly reviews, respond to investor queries, and coordinate portfolio company reviews. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to growth and success by leveraging the firm's global resources and ensuring high client satisfaction.
Key Qualifications for the Investment Reporting Analyst : Degree in Finance, Accounting or Mathematics (essential)1 – 5 years of experience with funds operations, investments, or private equityHigh numerical and analytical skillsAdvanced working experience on MS Excel (essential) Key Duties for the Investment Reporting Analyst : Create ILPA reports for Limited PartnersFill out online templates for Limited PartnersHandle call and distribution sample check processingCompile audit confirmations from Limited PartnersSupport in preparing for quarterly reviewsRespond promptly to investor queries and ensure client satisfactionCoordinate portfolio company reviews across all Funds, collaborating with deal teams for updatesAssist the Fund Reporting team and thrive in a collaborative environment to achieve shared objectives Key Personal Skills : Ability to work well and remain calm under pressureExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsExceptional attention to detailOutstanding organisational and multitasking abilitiesAdvanced IT skillsStrong team playerIf you are passionate about Fund Operations and Reporting, and have strong experience in finance and accounting, then please reach out for a further conversation.
