Our client is hiring a dedicated Investment Operations Analyst - Data to join their global team. This role involves handling operational aspects of the US and EU CLO platform, including data reconciliation, interpretation of transaction documentation, fund income forecasting, and data maintenance.
What you'll do: In the role of a Investment Operations Analyst - Data, you will have a diverse range of responsibilities. Initially, your primary focus will be on becoming the team's data expert and handling data reconciliations.
Additionally, your responsibilities will include:
Reconciliation of the monthly Trustee reports and quarterly Note Valuation reports with the internal systemsInterpretation and application of complex transaction documentationReviewing and interpreting portfolio legal documents with various partiesForecasting fund income, expenses, accruals and investors returns for upcoming quarterly payment datesEnsuring portfolio trades and restructures comply with portfolio legal requirementsAssisting with daily, weekly, and quarterly reporting relating to rating reconciliation and CLO NAVMaintaining data within our internal systems such as WSOWeb and Moodys ComplianceWhat you bring: 1-3 years related experience in investment operations specifically reconciliationPassion for data reconciliation, data analytics and data managementAbility to establish and maintain strong relationships, both internally and externallyMust have a change mindset, constantly seeking opportunities for continuous improvementExceptional communication, presentation and interpersonal skillsStrong planning, organisation and time management skills to manage multiple initiatives to deliver desired results in a deadline driven environmentProficiency in Microsoft Excel is requiredWhat sets this company apart: Our client is an independent global asset management firm focused on sub-investment grade debt capital markets in the U.S. and Europe.
