A well-known wealth investment company is on the hunt for a specialized Investment Operational Administrator.
Non-negotiable experience includes-Section 42 transfers/ switches (transfer of private client portfolio shares to our Collective Investment Schemes)Opening accountsTrade supportStrong relationship building skillsAdvanced Excel
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
BCom degree (preferably Accounting) 2- 3 years industry experience requirement- Financial Services: Fund operations, Asset Management operations Experience in collective investment scheme and portfolio administration Experience in Bloomberg (Preferably Bloomberg, AIM)
KPA/STRATEGIC BUSINESS DELIVERABLES:
Section42 Transfers. Ensure successful transfer of private client portfolio shares to our Collective Investment Schemes.Reporting: JSE and Bloomberg Data Licence Queries and adhoc Bloomberg admin queries.Assist with the Portfolio Reconciliations when required. Assist the Senior Trade and Portfolio Administrator with Portfolio Administration, together with monitoring cash management and the monitoring of cash levels as well as the opening of accounts when required. Assist with Trade queries and respond timeously internally as well as to service providers. Assist with the reporting to the internal business on a monthly or quarterly basis. Assist the Project Specialist with tasks and functions in order to meet the required deadlines when required.
