Investment Officer, Pietermaritzburg

We are seeking an Investment Officer for a permanent role based in Pietermaritzburg, KZN. Applicants are required to meet the following criteria: BCom Degree in Accounting, Finance or another business-related field with a minimum level of Financial Accounting II or equivalent2+ years' experience in business investment / business investment structuringExperience in auditing, banking and / or sales and marketing will be advantageousMust have the ability to build & maintain relationships, have strong negotiation skills and be results focusedMust be able to network with people, with persuasion / influencing skillsMust have commercial / entrepreneurial thinking The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to: Marketing the brand and building networksUndertaking viability studies on targeted companiesFinancial modelling and compiling investment reportsNegotiating and structuring investment projects on the targeted entities Salary: Negotiable for the ideal candidate Please email detailed CV and supporting documentation and salary requirements through to ****** with "Investment Officer PMB" in the subject line
